General Shipping Information
We offer the following delivery options within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico at this time and can only ship via USPS Surepost to APO and FPO addresses.
Please note our Business Days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST are processed the next business day. We do not ship or process orders Saturday and Sunday.

Standard: Please allow 4 to 9 business days, after order processing, for packages to arrive. Please allow an additional 6 to 12 business days for packages to arrive to Hawaii and Alaska.
3-Day: Orders placed by 11:00AM EST Monday thru Friday will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST Monday thru Thursday will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00AM EST and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday (unless a federal holiday). Sorry but this shipping option is not available for AK, HI, APO, FPO or PO Box orders.
2-Day: Orders placed by 11:00AM EST Monday thru Friday will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST Monday thru Thursday will be processed and shipped the next day. Next Business Day:Next Business Day orders must be received and credit card authorized by 11:00AM EST Monday thru Thursday. Sorry but this shipping option is not available for AK, HI, APO, FPO or PO Box orders.

Where Does LittleMissMatched Ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states; Washington DC; U.S P.O. Boxes; and APO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods and charges offered during checkout will differ depending on your shipping address. At this time we are not able to ship to any non-U.S. address, including Puerto Rico.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept pre-paid cards, personal checks, cashier checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Please note that we only accept U.S. and Canadian credit cards, however, you must have a U.S. Shipping address for LittleMissMatched to accommodate your order.
Where Is My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail which includes your tracking information. You may track the progress of your package by visiting UPS.com. Return & Exchange Policy
We always want you to be super happy with your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 45 days from the date your order was placed. Just remember, all returned items must be in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn. Items that do not meet this criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. Returns received more than 45 days after the order date will not be accepted.

Returns By Mail
Please note that all returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) that you can get by going to www.littlemissmatched.com/return-request. Visit this link and fill out the request form. Upon approval, your Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be emailed to you. Write down your RMA number on the pre-addressed label provided in this packing slip.
Exchanges By Mail
Please follow the steps below to make an exchange:
1. Call (201) 902-0056 to order a replacement item. This ensures that you get the color or size you want, as well as credit for any discounts used and free shipping on the replacement order.
2. Return your original purchase by following the RETURN BY MAIL instructions above.
Returns & Exchanges To A Store
Except when noted on the Shipping Summary, most items can be returned to one of our LittleMissMatched stores. Don't forget to bring this shipping summary, qualifying item and the original form of payment with you to the store. For store locations visit www.littlemissmatched.com/store-locations.
Returns & Exchanges From A Store
We are not able to process store–bought returns at our warehouse. Please return your items to the store where you made the purchase or the store closest to your home. Click here for a store near you.
We are unable to provide gift receipts with Online orders at this time. If you received a gift from LittleMissMatched and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our Customer Service Team at (201) 902-0056 or email@example.com.
We offer a one-time price adjustment if a full-priced item is marked down within 3 days of your order date. Items purchased using a promotion code or other discount are not eligible for a price adjustment, unless you used a free shipping promotion. Backorders & Cancellations
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is on backorder on the product page as well as when you add it to your bag. You will be given an approximate date of shipment at this time. In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we might ship your order in multiple packages. You will not be charged for your backorder item until it ships.

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will receive an email from our Customer Service team and your order total will be updated to reflect this cancellation.
